  14. 1. Do you have parking?

We do not have off-street parking. But parking on our block is FREE. We are in Old San Juan, which was built before cars became popular. It is a real rarity to find off street parking here. We are fortunate in that parking on our block is generally easy. The only exception is that occasionally, at lunch time, we get the overflow from a very popular hamburger place around the corner. In the evening, everyone who stays in our property parks in front of the building without a problem.

    2. Do you provide beach towels?

    Yes. We provide beach towels.

    3. Is WiFi included?

Yes. WiFi is included. Martin will provide you with the log in information upon check in.

    4. How far is the property from the Airport?

We are located 10 - 15 minutes from the airport, depending on traffic.

    5. What is the best way to get to the property from the airport?

There are 2 ways out of the airport: by Taxi (which should cost around $20 plus a small surcharge per piece of luggage) or by rental car. We suggest that you consider a rental car. They are relatively inexpensive and having one allows you to travel around the island more freely.

    6. Do I need to rent a car?

If you want to explore outside of the Old San Juan area, a car will come in handy. Rental cars are not very expensive in PR. We recommend Charlie Cars, a local company that provides very good customer service. Should you prefer not to have one, bus stops are located a block from our building.

    7. At what time is check in and check out?

Check in is after 3pm and check out by 11am, but we can be flexible depending on availability.

    8. What is your cancellation policy?

A 60 day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.

    9. Can we host a small party/gather in the apartment?

Sorry, no parties or events are allowed in the property.

    10. Can I bring my pet?

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the building.

    11. Do you have non-smoking units?

All of our apartments are Non Smoking.

    12. Why do you require a Security Deposit?

The Security Deposit is the guarantee that the property will be returned to us in the same condition as received.

    13. When will the Security Deposit be refunded?

The deposit is fully refundable within fourteen (14) days of departure in the same manner as received, provided the following provisions are met:

    1. No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
    2. No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or services rendered during the stay.
    3. All debris, rubbish and discards are placed at the corner of San Juan Bautista and Ponce de Leon on the opposite side of the street before 9 a.m. each day.

    8. No kitchen items are lost or damaged.
    9. No early check-in or late checkout.
